About the Event

A premium experiential campaign celebrating Durabuilt’s 35th anniversary, designed to strengthen relationships with top executives from builder and dealer partners across Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. Each event included a guided tour of the office and four manufacturing facilities, a curated 4-course meal in a pop-up dining space, and exclusive branded gifts.

My Role

Pitched the campaign theme to the CEO and supported execution with the marketing team, ensuring cohesive branding, logistics, and a premium client experience.

What I Did

  • Developed the concept and pitched the idea for the 35th anniversary experiential campaign to the CEO

  • Collaborated with marketing to implement branding across invitations, RSVP site, event signage, and curated gifts

  • Ensured personalized touches, such as hand-delivered invitations with RSVPs, custom menus, and branded gifts including keychains and personalized bags

  • Facilitated follow-ups via RSVP site and tracked client engagement with the experience

Outcome

  • Successfully hosted 16 groups totaling 48 executives from Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg, with plans for 32 groups over nearly two years

  • Received highly positive feedback from builder and dealer partners; attendees expressed that this was a unique, memorable B2B experience

  • Social media engagement included a LinkedIn post with 170+ reactions, demonstrating client appreciation and reach

  • Strengthened B2B relationships, reinforced trust, and showcased Durabuilt’s commitment to service and innovation
