My Role
Event and booth support for the sales team, from preparation through on-site execution.

What I Did

  • Supported the sales team in executing a 10’ x 10’ booth

  • Prepared all booth displays and materials for shipment from Edmonton to Calgary

  • Designed and ordered booth assets, including the backdrop, collapsible table cover, and window display

  • Assisted with on-site setup, ensuring the booth was clean, organized, and on-brand

  • Trained the new Events Manager on booth setup, standards, and teardown

  • Researched competitors and the event audience to support positioning and conversations on the show floor
