My Role
Supported campaign strategy and execution, acting as the internal link between the marketing agency, marketing manager, and sales team.
What I Did
Backed and helped pitch the agency’s stacked offer (Free EasyClean+, $200 donation to Santas Anonymous, Free 55” Smart TV) to the marketing manager.
Worked with sales to align the promotion with clear targets and closing ratios.
Coordinated campaign rollout across outdoor signage, flyers, digital billboards, radio, e-newsletters, Meta ads, organic social, landing page, and show presence.
Worked directly with media partner agencies for radio and billboard placements, ensuring correct creative, timing, and execution.
Reviewed agency assets for brand alignment, coordinated approvals, and ensured materials were released on time.
Provided fast-turn creative support when timelines were tight, including resizing artwork and creating additional assets.
Outcome
Successfully brought a multi-channel campaign to market during a traditionally slower renovation period, with strong alignment between marketing, sales, agency, and media partners.
